What you’ll do:

Working directly for the COO, the Operations Manager will oversee our daily factory operations to ensure our online customers receive top quality garments on time and receive exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage factory operations on a daily basis including receiving, process, and shipping of daily online orders

  • Manage Operations Associate who handles customer service tickets & assists in daily operations management tasks

  • Manage hourly employees’ schedules & production output and manage unit costs

  • Manage inventory and support inventory planning & replenishment

  • Manage facility expenses and ensure unit labor economics are meeting projections

  • Help optimize operations processes for efficiency and efficacy

  • Report out on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

What you’ll do:

Working directly for the Operations Manager, the CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT will work to ensure our online customers receive an exceptional customer experience through direct customer communication and on-time product delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reply to all customer inquiries and proactively communicate order issues across multi-channel communication methods (phone, email, online chat, social channels, etc.)

  • Give voice to the company brand and educate customers during daily communications about the brand, current product features, upcoming product, upcoming promotions & partnerships, etc.

  • Facilitate daily operations management tasks as needed by the Operations Manager. This may include but is not limited to: overseeing inventory counts and receiving in inventory, pick-up and drop-off of materials, collecting data and completing paperwork related to online order shipments, overseeing special orders & special projects,  coordinating hourly employees, working on the line when needed, assisting in the training of new employees

As a Bow & Drape Senior Marketer, you are tasked with managing digital and offline marketing campaigns to scale and grow the business. Working directly with the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:  

  • Manage and implement customer acquisition campaigns and optimize campaign performance across various marketing mediums
